Samantha, a former gym enthusiast, discovered Pilates during COVID when she started doing online mat Pilates while the gyms were closed. Soon after, she added reformer classes and quickly became hooked. Experiencing the physical and mental benefits firsthand, she decided to train as an instructor and is now certified to teach mat, reformer, and yoga.Samantha finds joy in witnessing the improvements in strength and flexibility that enhance her clients' health and well-being. When she's not teaching or practicing Pilates, you’ll likely find her enjoying a coffee or lost in a good book.
