Erin

Erin was deeply inspired by her experience at a local Pilates studio. After many years of practice, she decided to take her passion to the next level and complete her Pilates teacher training. She has obtained multiple certificates in the method, and is continuing her education by taking a Diploma of Pilates. When she is not practicing Pilates, Erin enjoys running, biking, and doing yoga on the beach. She believes that movement is essential for mental and physical wellbeing, and works hard to make her classes both challenging and rewarding for her clients.
