Club Pilates: Intro Class
At Club Pilates, we believe that Pilates is for every type of body. The Club Pilates Intro Class is the perfect way to experience Pilates and our studio! Enjoy a 30-minute, full-body session with one of our talented Instructors – each of whom have completed more than 500 hours of comprehensive Pilates training. What To Expect
Overview of Pilates Principles:
The instructor may provide an overview of the fundamental principles of Pilates, such as control, precision, breath, and concentration.
Introduction to Equipment:
If the class is using Pilates equipment like the reformer, the instructor will guide participants on how to use it. They'll explain the different parts of the equipment and demonstrate basic techniques.
Basic Pilates Exercises:
The class will include foundational Pilates exercises that focus on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. These exercises may be modified to accommodate beginners.
Guidance on Form and Alignment:
The instructor will provide individualized guidance on proper form and alignment to help participants perform exercises effectively and safely.
Emphasis on Breathing:
Proper breathing is a key component of Pilates. Participants will likely be instructed on how to coordinate breath with movement during exercises.
This class is free for first timers to our studio. After the intro class our team members will help you with finding the right membership option to suit your goals and needs. We have options for Unlimited classes per week as well as 1 & 2 class per week memberships. Price varies studio to studio
